361 Eco Estate is a proposed alteration and addition in Meyersdal Eco Estate. The project expands an existing residence from 970m² to 1,428m² under roof, using the original structure as the basis for a more substantial architectural composition.

The work is about transformation: increasing scale, sharpening the facade language, and giving the home a stronger relationship to its outdoor areas while retaining the practical discipline required by an existing property.
